Very nice suite

furnature needs to be upgraded.

My queen room was well-appointed and newly remodelled with jacuzzi tub. The location was fantastic in the Salem NH area.

location and staff are friendly and facility is clean.

The walls are too thin and I can't listen to people having sex again. This is the third stay with wedding parties in the facility. My 15 year old has had more sex education at your hotel than the internet could ever provide.

Overall great experience, also a great spot for a Mexican restaurant,Tequila and indoor swimming what else do you need

Wonderful and clean place offers free breakfast and marvellous location close to everything. The rooms are good-sized, newly decorated, and come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge. The price is just right - US$ 95.

Staff were very helpful when we had to change one of the rooms due to rowdy guests.Beds very comfy and breakfast was excellent.

Rude inconsiderate guests who had been to a wedding reception at the hotel and thought it okay to talk loudly and slam doors at 3am.Some of the breakfast staff could do with smiling a bit more!

Not so great

In general: Bathroom hadn't been mopped (sticky). Watched maid pick up hand towels off the floor in elevator and fold them back into her cart for the next room. Service: One waitress in the dining room for breakfast, no way for her to serve all the tables. Over an hour for breakfast. She kept saying she was the only one. Dining: Hotel restaurant is a Margaritas Mexican Restaurant.

For dads, it would be great if the cleanliness of the room was improved. My wife noticed a few bobby pins left from previous guests, and the bedding left a lot to be desired in terms of freshness.

Would recommend for a passing visit

Friendly staff, comfortable room, the breakfast was a good way to start my day with excellent service from McKenzie and delicious pancakes made on request by Jim, while easy access to local transportation made exploring the city easy.

Nice Family Celebration Stay!

We loved the spacious Beautiful King Suite. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the fresh pastries. Especially Makenzie, provided excellent service. A must for family gatherings! Tip, Don't miss the waffles at breakfast!

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's wedding, and the team did an amazing job with our group. The pool and fitness center were exactly what we needed to unwind after all the festivities. Just a heads up, we didn't get our room cleaned in the afternoon, but it didn't put a damper on our experience. 😊

It was just a fine choice for a short interlude in Salem with great value-to-price ratio. The hot tub was broken, but the location made it convenient for our trips to Canobie Lake Park. Bring your own soap, just in case!

The comfy beds were a dream after our long drive! Really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh croissants and coffee ☕. A nice stay!

We enjoyed the clean rooms and had a blast at the pool after a long day. Our stay was like a mini vacation!

The staff was really good, particularly Danielle at the front desk who efficiently managed early check-in for my family attending a wedding. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. The hotel's proximity to local venues was a significant advantage for our plans.

Parking was somewhat limited during peak hours.
